What the program looks like:

  • Early in the week (field sessions):
    We focus on speed and athletic movement — things like acceleration, running form, quick direction changes, and stopping safely. We also work on building power.

  • Later in the week (gym sessions):
    These sessions are indoors and include strength training, plyometrics (jump training), mobility work, and injury prevention to help keep athletes strong and healthy.
