I help guide individuals out of pain and empower them to prepare their bodies for their pursuits. From strolling the golf course to lifting grandkids, or achieving personal bests in athletic endeavors, I'm here to help individuals rediscover the joy of pain-free movement and reclaim their passions.
From childhood play to competitive sports in college, movement was my lifeblood. But after years of football and hockey, pain crippled my ability to enjoy activities like running, skiing, and surfing. Determined to reclaim my body, I immersed myself in yoga, training, therapy, and extensive research. Gradually, I emerged pain-free and armed with a deep understanding of the body's complexity.
My personal journey ignited a passion to help others break free from pain and excel in their pursuits—I'm here to guide individuals towards pain-free movement and peak performance.
