What the program looks like:
Early in the week (field sessions):
We focus on speed, explosiveness, and elite athletic movement — developing acceleration, sprint mechanics, rapid change of direction, and controlled deceleration while building total-body strength and power through proven performance training methods.
Later in the week (gym sessions):
These sessions are primarily indoors and emphasize strength development, plyometrics (jump training), mobility, and injury prevention — combining sports science principles with athletic performance training to help athletes stay powerful, resilient, and game-ready.
Program options:
2x, 3x, and 4x per week training options available. Athletes are grouped by age and skill level to ensure focused development and high-quality training.
Middle School Athletes
Join a complete performance training experience combining field-based speed and agility work with age-appropriate resistance training designed specifically for developing athletes.
